Status of this notice

This document is a working draft, not an approved legal policy. Tarispace Digital Solutions Ltd must confirm its data handling practices, lawful bases, retention periods, processors, and contact channel before publication.

02

Information the website may collect

When the approved Supabase environment is connected, the inquiry service may collect information a visitor chooses to provide, such as name, business name, email address, phone number, service interest, project description, and consent time.

Inquiry delivery remains unavailable in environments without the required server configuration. The interface confirms success only after persistence succeeds.

Intended uses

Future inquiry information is expected to be used to review and respond to business requests, maintain appropriate records, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. These purposes require confirmation before the form becomes operational.

04

Sharing and retention

No final list of service providers, sharing arrangements, or retention periods has been approved. These details must be documented accurately after the operational systems and vendors are selected.

05

Your choices and rights

The final notice will explain applicable rights, how to exercise them, and the approved company contact channel for privacy matters. Visitors should not use the current form to send sensitive personal information.

06

Nigerian data protection review

Before publication, qualified counsel should review this notice against the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the Nigeria Data Protection Act General Application and Implementation Directive 2025, and current guidance from the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
